All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct when placing your order. Skin Collective cannot be responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
